Type of Work / Service Provided: Planning and implementing the European deployment of new global procurement processes and their supporting suite of systems to affected functional activities and their users.
Work Included: There were 35 affected companies in 5 countries (and languages), with a core procurement application replacing 8 different legacy applications in Europe, and more than 40 worldwide. Deployment of the new processes and applications was phased across the companies; and functional areas and plants within companies. For Europe, 44 different job roles were changed, including shop floor workers within plants, white collar staff, management activities and suppliers.

Type of Work / Service Provided: A review of all the conferencing facilities and equipment used in both audio and video conferencing, with recommendations for cost reduction across Europe.
Work Included:
managing the reduction of video conferencing rooms
producing user manuals for all video and audio equipment
managing the upgrade of all the equipment in the remaining video rooms
managing the European configuration of teleconferencing, including translation of all materials
conducting usability testing on equipment and making recommendations for replacements
building a website to help people make decisions on best practice for conferencing
organising, facilitating and running supplier exhibitions across UK and Germany
providing monthly analysis on costs and usage of audio conferencing across Europe
Land Rover

Type of Work / Service Provided: A new engineering application was introduced to Land Rover and all engineers were required to be trained on various aspects of it at differing levels.
Work Included: Training 300 engineers on the customer's own site. As well as the application, there were many business process changes that had to be explained. The training was completely customised for the project, with two weeks spent up front with the business owners and subject matter experts, to ensure that the trainees received exactly what they needed. In order to satisfy the demand for concurrent training, trainers were brought in from both the UK and Germany.
Major UK Bank

Type of Work / Service Provided: The bank was changing its method of banking accounting from GBP – USD$ equivalent to true multi currency accounting. We were invited to Project Manage the complete process. After identifying their existing accounting rules and detailing typical transactions, the requirements were put out for tender. After attending various presentations, a software company was selected and their software was customised
Work Included: Several months were spent testing various accounting scripts. Over 75 different currencies were set up. The new processes were trialled at various branches to ensure that all the process would work in a “live” situation. Road Shows were held throughout the country to explain the processes, and after the switch, major branches were visited to ensure that all users were comfortable
