We view Diversity as more than just race, gender, and visible or audible differences. Diversity training is about exploring all the ways in which people differ, whether salient or not. Typically the perceptions of such programmes are on the obvious ways people differ, which principally addresses the “legislated” differences - i.e. Age, Disability, Gender, Race, Religion, Sexual Orientation.
However, our courses and training programmes focus on people developing a greater understanding of their own individuality (e.g. values, personality, working style, life experience, education etc…) and how these differences can be used to enhance a business.
