PHILOSOPHY / APPROACH

We are firm believers in enabling organisations to operate independently subsequent to our interventions. With this in mind our approach is to design the necessary solutions, and then offer full support to the delivery of the programme, until the capabilities and confidence is developed in-house. We can provide you with specialist assessors and/or off-the-shelf assessment tools if necessary. However, we prefer to enable your staff to be competent assessors and/or up-skill your staff to train others, thus ensuring you have ownership of your selection processes.

We ensure we adhere to best practice recruitment procedures so as to create a professional candidate experience, and have as smooth a transition as possible from initial application though to joining the organisation. We appreciate the need for balancing “best practice” with “reality” and therefore focus on getting the background / design work prior to the start of any recruitment campaign (i.e. job analysis & competency development) right. This background work is critical to success as it provides essential foundations on which subsequent work is based.
