Transport Policy

In line with our environmental policy, The Outsourced Training Company support a Transport Policy that reduces the impact that our activities can have on the environment, including our CO2 footprint.

In order to fulfil this policy, the following points should be considered when carrying out activities on behalf of the company and outside of the company.

• Consider the use of public transport where available in order to reduce the impact of fuel emissions on the environment.
• Consider the environment impact when selecting lease or hire cars that are used for company/personal use.
• Car sharing where available.
• Considerate and efficient driving.
• Not leaving a car engine idling.
• Walking or cycling in place of car use

In line with all TOTC policies, this will be reviewed on a regular basis and updated where appropriate.
